Support & billing

For anything about a scan, a report, a Fix Pack download or a payment, email hello@stroma.design. Payments are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record; Paddle appears on your statement, and billing queries can also be raised with paddle.net.

Refunds

If your Fix Pack doesn't download correctly or isn't what the report described, email hello@stroma.design within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you. The full policy is at stroma.design/refunds.
