The signed fix pack is built to be executed locally, not filed away. Drop it into your coding agent and it verifies the artifact, inspects your project, creates a priority-sprint plan and applies only the edits you approve, one order at a time. It runs order-specific checks and drafts sanitized review evidence. Tool installation, judgment-call edits, commits, pushes, deployment and pull-request creation each remain separate permissions.
